Context
IES Desarrollos Inmobiliarios is a construction company in Salta, Argentina, that needed to replace its current website with one showing each development with its construction status and available units, editable by the sales team without a developer.
The result is a corporate site with a developments catalog, a slug-based page per project, a filterable units listing and a headless CMS served from the same domain.
Technical decisions & challenges

Client-editable content with Sanity
I modeled developments and units as Sanity documents and embedded the Studio inside the site itself. Pages are statically generated and revalidated on demand from an API endpoint when the client publishes a change, so the site stays fast without going stale.

Units on a dedicated, filterable page
The units listing was outgrowing the project page, so I moved it to /proyectos/[slug]/unidades with client-side filters by type and status. The project page only links to it while units are still available.

Technical SEO from day one
Sitemap and robots generated from CMS content, per-development metadata and images optimized with next/image, so the new site can replace the current one without losing search ranking.
